Chris and his team are totally professional. From the communication, to the quality of the work and attention to detail. We had to have a repair done to our house and Chris and the team diagnosed the problem and completed the repair with smooth professionalism. It was a pleasure dealing with Brooke , who just had a baby girl , with Chris and the whole KC constructions team . Our renovation project was completed right on time a few days before Xmass . Although it is a renovation project the quality of the workmanship makes it feel like a totally new home . We are very happy with the result , it is certainly exceeding expectations . We would highly recommend KC constructions to friends and neighbours .

Chris and his team at KC Constructions did a great job on our Bathroom renovation - very professional. The project went exactly to schedule, and plan, and budget. The typical issues that happen due to the 'unknowns' of a reno were all taken into stride. The few variations that we made as the project came together, such as the addition of a skylight, were happily accommodated and the variation costs were very reasonable. We would highly recommend Chris and will probably contract KC Constructions for another reno we are planning in the future.

We hired KC Constructions to renovate our home and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the start their team was professional and attentive to our needs. The quality of work was EXCEPTIONAL!! The renovation was completed on time given the scale of works. We are extremely impressed with the work of Chris and his team with our recent bathroom renovations. They were punctual, professional and listened to our ideas as well as suggesting plenty great ideas of their own. We couldn’t by happier with the outstanding result and have already recommended the KC team to others! Thanks guys. Updated - three years later we went back to Chris and the KC team to renovate our backyard and install a pool. Once again we are thrilled with the final product, it looks amazing and is a true credit to Chris and his team. Another great project completed! Thanks guys.

KC constructions just completed a bathroom makeover to our very rundown and much needed main bathroom. The team at KC Constructions conducted themselves in a very professional and very helpful manner. From Brooke who assisted the kids and I to decide on the design and colors and guided us in the right direction to ensure the right colors were picked and gave us a vision of what the finished product would look like to Chris who ensured we were informed every step of the way and gave us the right advices every time a decision needed to be made. All their tradesmen were friendly , respectful and cleaned up at the end of every day to minimise the dust and dirt in the house. Most importantly the works finished right on schedule without any delays. I could never have imagined that the finally product would look as amazing as it did - and their biggest critic - being my daughter absolutely LOVES IT. I would and have already started recommending KC Constructions to all Our family and friends and can’t wait for them to start the next project - my en-suite ! 10/10 any day of the week !!!
